1. Interpret the job profile and requirement of our client

2. Screen the right candidate from our resume database

3. Communicate the job profile to the short-listed candidate

4. Conduct an interview of the prospective candidate for assessment

5. Convey the confidential report of the candidate interviewed to the client

6. Arrange a meeting of the deserving candidate with our esteemed client

7. Extend the decision of the client to the listed candidate

8. Once selected, candidate secures desired identity

9. Mission Accomplished
